Can work both ways - with detailed description and/ or references and with full artistic freedom.
The price is almost fixed - $250, but if you give me full artistic freedom, the price will drop. Depends on the details

For $25-$40 for 1 full body character (depends on color palette and details/complicity) Also I use textures for such things (my own and ones that allow commercial use, keep it in mind)
All other types of commissions are including in commission info

I understand that many people are rather broke right now since many are just now coming back from anthro conventions and after vacations, so don’t force yourself to take a slot if you feel like you don’t have the spare money for such a thing.
